Operations Manager

This is a permanent position attached to a carpark operator.

 

Job Scope

-Oversee daily operations

-Schedule manpower

-Develop and implement operational policies and procedures

-Analyze operational data and metrics to improve efficiency

-Supervise and train staff to ensure they meet performance standards

-Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed

-Lead and manage the logistics operations to achieve the operations key performance index and the required service standards

-Ensure safe work environment for all employees

-Drive cost saving and operations efficiency

-Maintain good working relationships with customers and management

-Any adhoc duties as assigned

 

Requirements

-Require to own a vehicle for work (either motorcycle or car) and class 3 license

-Able to work shifts
-Able to work on weekends and Public Holidays

 

Working Days: 5.5 days per week

Work Hours: 9am – 6pm / 12pm – 9pm / 2pm – 11pm)

Work Location: Around Singapore as job requires frequent movement of different carparks.

 

Salary Range: $3,000 (basic negotiable) / $3,390 – $3,640 (gross)
