This is a full time position attached to a non-profit organisation.
Location: Paya Lebar
Job Scope
-Ensure timely, accurate month-end closing and reporting to Management
-Prepare and close monthly and annual financial statements
-Coordinate and liaise with Project Teams on project related matters
-Submission of claims to the government agencies
-Bank and Project Reconciliation
-Maintain Fixed Assets
-Assist in any new processes, system enhancement and implementation
-Work with external parties like internal auditors, external auditors, and government agencies for project audits
Requirements
-Degree in Accountancy, or equivalent
-At least 3 years of relevant working experience
-Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and other office applications
-Familiar with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central an advantage
-Able to meet job objectives and deadlines independently
-A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
Working Hours / Days
Monday to Friday: 8 hours daily, 5 day week
Salary range: $3,000 – $4,100
