This is a 6 month contract position attached to a Community Club. Location: Bishan area
The main scope of duties is to serve as Administrator and the go-to person for contract management, deposit receivals and managing queries for the Community Garden located at a HDB Block.
Job Scope
-Manage onboarding and offboarding of residents
-Assist with plot allocations and deposit collections
-Regular spot checks on plots to ensure planting is done within requirements
-Manage and answer residents’ enquiries
-Conduct regular checks and assist with follow ups on facility damages.
-Assist with enquiries from CC counter
-Provide administrative support during meetings
-Preparation of relevant paperwork
Requirements
-Diploma
-Experience in managing community and wellness projects would be helpful
-Proficient in IT skills (MS Office) and social media e.g. Facebook
-Medically mobile as you will require go to the community garden at times for recce.
Working Hours
Monday to Sunday: 4 weekdays and 1 weekend (5 day work week)
AM shift: 9am to 6pm
PM shift: 1pm to 10pm
OFF days: 1 weekday and either weekend
Salary: $2,500 monthly
