Sales Admin Assistant

This is a permanent position attached to a SME in manufacturing. Location: Admiralty 

 

Job Scope

1. Order Processing

-Manage and process orders such as Quotations, Sales Orders, Purchases Orders, Delivery Orders, Invoicing/Billing and and other supporting documents such as export documents for overseas customers

-Coordinate production requests between sales team and factory operations

 

2. Update sales reports and inventory reports

 

3. Sales support

-Assist Sales Representatives with their queries such as preparation of quotations, presentations slides and samples for customers

-Monitor product availability

-Manage schedules

-Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to sales order processing

 

Requirements

-Proficient in Microsoft Office

-Able to work independently and meticulous

 

Work Hours

Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm (Work from home 3 times weekly) 

 

Salary Range: $2,200 to $2,500
