This is a temporary hourly-rated position attached to a boutique legal firm. Location: Rochor area

 

Duration: April 2025 for 03 months

 

Job Scope

Typing simple emails/letters, corresponding with clients (phone or WhatsApp), scheduling, posting letters and other general admin duties. 

 

Requirements

-Students who are IT savvy are welcome

-Good telephone and Whatspp manners

-Meticulous and careful as you may need to do a fair bit of proof-reading and fact checking

-Prepared to take on ad hoc duties if needed

 

Working Hours/Days

3 times weekly from 9am to 5pm (Monday to Friday) 

Work schedule is generally flexible for both parties, with rostering 1 week in advance 

 

Hourly Pay $12.00
