Accounts and Admin Officer

This is a permanent position attached to a carpark management operator. Location: Paya Lebar

 

Job Scope

-Perform carpark administrative duties

-Handle clients’ enquiries through calls and email

-Handle clients’ invoices in a timely manner

-Assist in processing and updating clients’ data

-Perform month-end closing duties

-Any other duties assigned.

 

Requirements

-Diploma in any discipline

-Proficient in Microsoft Office

-Able to work well in a team

-Proactive and able to take initiative

-Organized, meticulous 

-Able to start work immediately or on a short notice will be advantageous.

 

Work Hours

Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm 

 

Salary Range: $2,500 to $2,800
